By accessing or using VerdaNet (verdanet.theroar.ngo), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. VerdaNet is operated by ROAR Foundation, a Section 8 non-profit NGO registered in India.

2. Use of the Platform

You may use VerdaNet to browse climate funds, create an account, save funds, and submit assessment requests. You may not use VerdaNet to submit false information, attempt unauthorised access, or commercially exploit VerdaNet's fund database without written permission from ROAR Foundation.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and providing accurate information. ROAR Foundation reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Fund Information Disclaimer

VerdaNet provides fund information for informational purposes only. Fund details including eligibility, amounts, deadlines, and processes are subject to change. Always verify information directly with the fund administrator. ROAR Foundation accepts no liability for decisions made based on information on this platform.

5. Assessment Requests

Assessment Requests are requests for advisory guidance from ROAR Foundation. Basic guidance is provided as part of the platform. Detailed advisory support may be subject to service fees. ROAR Foundation cannot guarantee specific outcomes or fund access.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on VerdaNet including the fund database, platform design, and written content is the intellectual property of ROAR Foundation. You may not reproduce or distribute VerdaNet content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROAR Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of VerdaNet.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
